The staff here lacks professionalism. I came in shortly before they closed and instantly received an attitude. Business hours are in place for a reason and as long as it's within those hours then you are on the clock and are to provide customer service until you close your doors. When I got there, there was an older lady who according to the sign in sheet literally arrived two minutes before I had. She on the other hand was treated with the utmost respect but when it came to me I was given their behinds to kiss. The one associate at the front desk made a remark stating that she should have locked the door, referring to me coming in. I was literally in and out before they closed yet, they made me feel as if I was in the wrong for making them do a job in which they are paid to do.

Completely unprofessional. Phlebotomist didn't introduce herself- or even say hi- and wasn't wearing a name tag. Did not invert blood tubes to mix with reagents in tubes after blood draw. Did not bother to put enough tape on the bandage for it to stay on during the act of standing up. Dropped one of the tubes on the floor. Politely reminded her I needed to give her a urine sample. She handed me the cup and gave me curt directions. I continued to sit to wait to see her label my tubes and she gestured me out with an arm wave. I explained why I was waiting, so she slammed the collection tubes down on the table and put the labels on. Tried to contact labcorp, but every possible link on the site goes to some completely insecure domain that was so unsafe my computer refused to let me access it.

WORST HOURS EVER - They're only open 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and CLOSED for lunch! And they don't bother to answer the phone either. Was forced to go here for a pre-employment drug test and will never go back to a Lab Corp office again - GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
