This allows the loaves to develop their earthy characteristics. We bake all our breads from scratch to ensure you the freshest bread possible. NOTE: We must go back to France to renew our visas. We will be closed from Sunday June 30 3pm, hoping to reopen on Thursday August 1, 7:30am.
