I spent over $12,000 recently for new doors/windows/sliding glass doors with Chapman. I thought they had warranties on their products/installation. After a couple of years we starting having trouble with our front door. A very small problem that I thought they would gladly come over and take a look at. One of the 1st things I was told was there would be a $90 service charge to take a look at the problem to determine if it is actually covered under warranty. Huhh?? I just spent $12,000 and you are going to charge me $90 to look at the problem. Personally, if I was running a business and a customer spent a large sum of money for my product and they called with a small, easily fixable problem I would let them know we would be out as soon as possible to take a look and fix it. Needless to say, I will be in the market soon to have new siding installed on my house. After this amateurish move by Chapman I will be shopping elsewhere.

Had a problem with a contractor I had been using previously & was very leary in hiring another that hadn't been referred. I saw Chapman online & liked that they are local family business covered by the superguarntee program in addition to BBB. Called for an estimate. The tech came out & was timely & totally professional in addition to giving me a fair price. I wanted to be sure to get my tax credit for this year & they were able to squeeze my installation in. Thanks Chapman - I now have confidence in contractors again!

Purchased a patio & storm door from chapman - service & selection was impeccable. It was also nice to deal with a local family business that were not interested in "just selling me" like some of the larger local competition - but they really made sure I received the best product for my needs at the best price. Thanks Chapman!
