BVHAC has been my AC and heating service company for a few years now. About 3 weeks ago my AC system had a catastrophic failure and needed to be replaced. They came out and troubleshot the system and gave me the bad news that is was not worth repairing the 20 year old AC system. So I had BVHAC replace the system. I did look at other companies but in the end I chose BVHAC because I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for. Mike and John came to my house and worked in my hot attic for 2 days and replaced my entire system in record time. To top that off while they were here I had to run a few errands both days and they offered to watch Zeus, Sophie and Athena, our three dogs. Those who have dogs as members of their family understand how important it is to make sure your fur kids are looked after while you are not at home. This company should get 6 stars. I have always been impressed by them when they came out to do my annual service and seeing them replace my entire AC system in two days and actually caring about my dogs is even more of a plus. Mike even took the time to help me troubleshoot my attic gable fan that wasn't working. A+++. This company is no joke. They are clean, squared away, responsible and trustworthy. Thank you BVHAC.
