A to z appliance repair was great. They took care of me and made me feel comfortable that now I have someone to call for all my appliance repair needs.

The ice maker on our refrigerator broke. The A to Z tech replaced it, charging $188.71. It never produced any ice, and the refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing, which we noticed several hours after the tech left. We called the answering service around 6:00 PM that evening, and the tech returned mid-morning the next day. After making defensive excuses about how the ice maker had nothing to do with the cooling functions, he did something and the unit started to cool. He claimed there must be something wrong with the electrical outlet - even though all the lights inside the unit worked fine. A couple hours after he left, claiming there was nothing more he could do, the unit stopped cooling again.
