Provided by YP.comThiese guys have no people skills and horrible professionalism. They failed to call to let me know they could not fix my computer. They charged me over $450 to tell me my computer was fried and tried to charge $47 more for a diagnostic. This is the worst business in Cincinnati. Avoid at all cost. Worst experience of my life. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
