Very fast and friendly crew! Got the job done in 2 days with no short on quality! I have an older home with a “creepy”, dusty old basement that had mass amounts of water coming in with the rain. No more moisture and smells much better! They have a great warranty and accommodated us for future installs where they were not able to install presently! Even recommended them to a friend who used their services! Customer service reps are also friendly with short wait times!

We moved into our home in 2012. No history of water in the finished basement at any time. Of course, the very next summer we had flooding multiple times due to extremely high rains that year. Everdry came out and did an estimate, offered a reasonable discount for services. The crew working the job was timely and professional. We had a small issues because the neighbor felt the drainage was too close to their yard, so Everdry came back out and relocated the run off. No charge. We have not had a problem since then. Every year we renew the warranty so that if anything did ever occur, we would be covered no charge. And on a couple occasions when I've had to call in to pay the warranty over the phone, the customer service team has been timely, pleasant, and easy to work with. Overall we had a good experience.

We had water in our basement every year. During the last year with Everdry, our basement has been dry, and we have been able to enjoy it more. What a wonderful feeling.

I scheduled a time with the salesman to talk about my options for basement waterproofing. I’m not a fan of salesman, but he was polite and not pushy. He also described the process and the technology to my liking and understanding. That night we scheduled the start date for the work. The work started on time and was completed efficiently and thoroughly. That’s what you hope for when you’re spending this kind of money. I do believe it’s worth the money and peace of mind. Now every time it rains I don’t worry about my basement getting wet. It’s totally dry every time. Is it worth the investment? Yes. Is Everdry the company to go with? In my opinion, yes. They offer the most solutions to a wet basement for the money.

IT WORKS. We've been in our home for 12 years with Everdry and our basement has stayed dry! Once I saw moisture barely dripping around the pipe under a basement window, one time we had water puddling up on the outside of our house/foundation, and once we had an issue with our sump pump. (Our house is old!) EVERDRY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. They are knowledgeable, professional, and thorough! We've always planned on moving to a bigger home one day but we won't even consider a home that doesn't have Everdry. My husband has helped a friend with a flooded basement before and we'll never move to a house without it! Once you have Everdry, they always take care of you. It's WORTH IT!

We called Everdry Waterproofing and NOW we our basement is nice and DRY. My husband & I are both very happy w/ their service. Super friendly salesman, polite installers. and most of all they were punctual. Would use them again.

The work crew arrived as scheduled. The foreman introduced himself and all the crew. They covered everything that I had moved in the basement with plastic. They kept the dust to a minimum, clean-up was complete. They always informed when they were leaving and when they would return. When they did the outside work, took great care with the landscape. Would recommend Everdry!

Our home came with an Everdry warranty, 5 years later, we put it to the test!Everdry was fast, efficient, and friendly. They ended up having to dig down to the foundation of our house on 2 sides. They were amazing! The dirt was contained while the work was on going and once the project was complete they put everything back. Even the neighbors noticed their service and speed. The best part was there were no extra or hidden fees. All services were covered in the warranty. I Would highly recommend the company, the work, and the warranty!

Ever Dry does exactly what they say they will. Our family room located in our walk out basement--had just had brand new carpet laid. Then we saw a leak in a storage room. We called Ever Dry. They came out and explained why basement was leaking in the first place. Told us their plan in detail. We went with ED. Fast forward. Our family room looks stunning AND has remained DRY. Go with the best. We did. Your home is worth it.

The EVERDRY representative was professional, punctual, and explained all the processes of the work to be done. The crew was professional and cleaned up after the job. The foreman also explained what i needed o do if I had any concerns.

The waterproofing job was done well and done thoroughly. We were very pleased with the work.
We had a couple of very minor concerns in the weeks following the waterproofing job, and my only complaint is that we had a difficult time getting anyone to come back out to address these minor issues.
Overall, however, we are thrilled to have a dry basement (it has been two years since the waterproofing). We also plan to sell our house in the future and love that the warranty is transferrable.

We purchased our home with an Everdry Waranty in place. Since moving in over a year ago we have only needed to call Everdry once when our sump pump failed. Everdry had a service technician in our home within in 24 hours and had our old pump replaced with a brand new one! Customer service is top notch. For the small yearly warranty fee my wife and I know we are covered if anything were to arise. We highly recommend Everdry!

I had Everdry waterproof my basement. I have been extremely pleased with the results. The team who did the installation was knowledgeable, hardworking, and, courteous. They did a great job cleaning up each day and were very careful in removing/replacing plants and bushes along my home's perimeter. I did experience a minor problem with moisture last year and Everdry was quick to respond and fix the problem. I highly recommend Everdry.

Bought a house and the previous owner didn't have the annual insurance. Everdry was nice enough to let me back pay it to continue to keep it. Which is completely worth it. Very nice customer service with quick responders.

My wife and I bought our house three years ago. We haven't had any issues with the basement leaking at all. All of the equipment is still in good shape and runs quietly. Our kids love playing in the basement so keeping it dry is priority. If I do have a question all I have to do is call and I quickly get the answer.

I recently bought my house from my grandmother, and the transferring over of the warranty was super easy! I appreciate the lifelong warranty, even though I wasn’t the one who initially put it in. I will continue with Everdry because they are committed to lifelong service, which is very comforting.

We've had a great experience with Everdry thus far. No matter how much rain we've had, there's been no moisture in the basement.

We bought a house that had been recently serviced by Everdry and the warranty transferred over smoothly to us which is nice. I wasn't aware that there was a $75 annual cost associated with renewing the warranty, so my first payment was late. Everdry called me letting me know that my payment was late, but when I explained the situation, they waived the late fee for me. All in all, I can't complain.

We had Everdry waterproof our grandmothers basement. It had leaked and flooded for years. Since then it has only flooded once. We called Everdry and they came out and fixed the problem. We have not had any problems since. They were always professional and on time for appointments. Great communication! Would definitely recommend!
