I scheduled a time with the salesman to talk about my options for basement waterproofing. I’m not a fan of salesman, but he was polite and not pushy. He also described the process and the technology to my liking and understanding. That night we scheduled the start date for the work. The work started on time and was completed efficiently and thoroughly. That’s what you hope for when you’re spending this kind of money. I do believe it’s worth the money and peace of mind. Now every time it rains I don’t worry about my basement getting wet. It’s totally dry every time. Is it worth the investment? Yes. Is Everdry the company to go with? In my opinion, yes. They offer the most solutions to a wet basement for the money.

Ever Dry does exactly what they say they will. Our family room located in our walk out basement--had just had brand new carpet laid. Then we saw a leak in a storage room. We called Ever Dry. They came out and explained why basement was leaking in the first place. Told us their plan in detail. We went with ED. Fast forward. Our family room looks stunning AND has remained DRY. Go with the best. We did. Your home is worth it.

The EVERDRY representative was professional, punctual, and explained all the processes of the work to be done. The crew was professional and cleaned up after the job. The foreman also explained what i needed o do if I had any concerns.

The waterproofing job was done well and done thoroughly. We were very pleased with the work.
We had a couple of very minor concerns in the weeks following the waterproofing job, and my only complaint is that we had a difficult time getting anyone to come back out to address these minor issues.
Overall, however, we are thrilled to have a dry basement (it has been two years since the waterproofing). We also plan to sell our house in the future and love that the warranty is transferrable.

We purchased our home with an Everdry Waranty in place. Since moving in over a year ago we have only needed to call Everdry once when our sump pump failed. Everdry had a service technician in our home within in 24 hours and had our old pump replaced with a brand new one! Customer service is top notch. For the small yearly warranty fee my wife and I know we are covered if anything were to arise. We highly recommend Everdry!

I had Everdry waterproof my basement. I have been extremely pleased with the results. The team who did the installation was knowledgeable, hardworking, and, courteous. They did a great job cleaning up each day and were very careful in removing/replacing plants and bushes along my home's perimeter. I did experience a minor problem with moisture last year and Everdry was quick to respond and fix the problem. I highly recommend Everdry.

Bought a house and the previous owner didn't have the annual insurance. Everdry was nice enough to let me back pay it to continue to keep it. Which is completely worth it. Very nice customer service with quick responders.

My wife and I bought our house three years ago. We haven't had any issues with the basement leaking at all. All of the equipment is still in good shape and runs quietly. Our kids love playing in the basement so keeping it dry is priority. If I do have a question all I have to do is call and I quickly get the answer.

I recently bought my house from my grandmother, and the transferring over of the warranty was super easy! I appreciate the lifelong warranty, even though I wasn’t the one who initially put it in. I will continue with Everdry because they are committed to lifelong service, which is very comforting.

We've had a great experience with Everdry thus far. No matter how much rain we've had, there's been no moisture in the basement.

We bought a house that had been recently serviced by Everdry and the warranty transferred over smoothly to us which is nice. I wasn't aware that there was a $75 annual cost associated with renewing the warranty, so my first payment was late. Everdry called me letting me know that my payment was late, but when I explained the situation, they waived the late fee for me. All in all, I can't complain.

We had Everdry waterproof our grandmothers basement. It had leaked and flooded for years. Since then it has only flooded once. We called Everdry and they came out and fixed the problem. We have not had any problems since. They were always professional and on time for appointments. Great communication! Would definitely recommend!

I can’t tell you how pleased I am that I went with Everdry. Water encourages mold to grow, and before we had our basement fixed my wife and I weren’t comfortable allowing the kids to go downstairs to play, even after we had done our best to remove the water ourselves. Now, we are leak-free for over a year, and the kids have their playroom back!

Overall, our experience with EverDry was good. They came out to work on three occasions and were on time and courteous. The first time was their initial system install. The second was to clean up from the first (their mop broke the first day). And the third was to replace a plastic panel because they had covered up our well pump electrical wires and the panel had to be cut to get to them. Our basement is now dry and we are finally able to store stuff down there so overall we're satisfied.

Don't hire anyone else! They were great! They did the job a year ago and I haven't had any issues with water since!

We had a great experience with EverDry. The whole project went smooth and was surprisingly clean. My wife and I are happy to know that our basement and house are now protected from leaks and mold. Although, you may have sticker shock initially the price is very much worth the peace of mind.

Every time it rained I dreaded going to the basement knowing water would be everywhere! We finally decided to do something about it. Had to use Everdry to come out and fix a small leak in the basement right after we moved in....was very nervous on how the process would go since we had never had them before....the process was great...they were very professional, prompt, and took care of the problem without any questions....would highly recommend!!!

We had a pretty good experience and the work was finished quickly. We had this done a number of years ago and have not had any leaking. We did have some initial issues with the battery back-up and heavy drainage into our backyard, but Everdry came and corrected everything.

I had been having puddles creep up through my basement floor. In addition, one corner of my house seemed to be sinking, leaving cracks in my plaster walls and even snapping one of the concrete window sills. Everdry looked at my basement and explained I had a drainage issue. My house is older and all the outside drainage was broken/crushed. They came and quickly completed the work and made sure to clean up when they were done. I had one corner in my garage that seemed to still stay wet after the initial install and they came and quickly fixed it and I haven’t had issues since. I had a great experience and am glad the work is guaranteed for life and transferable to anyone who buys my home.

We had a very wet basement until Everdry came in and put a drain all around our basement. Now we have a very comfortable and dry basement. They were professional , punctual and just easy to work with. I would recommend them to my friends. Thank you Everdry.
