Chris Bolte Lawn Care gave a employee a rate to service the property. It was a emergency and a 2 acre car lot needed someone there right away. We told the customer up front that it would be difficult to service with the number of cars in the lot. We waited while they moved cars around. We checked in with them before we started and after we left. We were there much longer than 40 minutes. A sales manager approved the price. The owner thought is was way to expensive. If the owner is upset about the price he should be mad at his employee about approving the price. He should not be mad at the company that arrived within 15 minutes of him calling and helping him clear his lot so employees and customers could get in.

THIS IS ONE SNOW REMOVAL I WILL NEVER USE, CHARGED US $500 TO DO 40 MIN WORTH OF WORK, AND NOT GOOD WORK, I HAVE PICTURES FOR ANYONE INTERESTED. CRAPPY JOB AND THE OWNER DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT HIS BUSINESS. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE ELSE TO AVOID GETTING THIS RIPPED OFF.
