had 4 treatments, 1 yr.... had to call them back 3 times.... the last time, the only think that I could tell was completed, was the bill in my door. NOTHING was done. I offered the manager to come out to my house to see, but this would be the last time they were invited on my property..... he said no thanks....oh well. the manager did return my money with no questions.

Our Service Pro, Jon B, was very friendly and professional. In addition to spraying inside as we requested he also removed two wasp nests from the front porch, dusted for any visiting wasps, and treated the outdoor playset. Thanks for the great service!

Jon Bower was our service provider yesterday. He was very polite and engaging. He did a complete and thorough treatment to the outside and inside of our house. He even rescued a baby bunny that may have come in contact with the spray outside.

We've been very happy with this company since our first experience. They are always on time and they make sure you understand what they are doing, Jason Berter is a great asset to this company with his courtesy and professionalism. We love that if a concern comes up in between treatments they do what they need to make sure we are 100% satisfied with everything.

Eric Gibson made sure I was home first of all. He then explained what is done in the winter time as opposed to the summer time. He answered any questions I had; a very personable and professional attitude. Thanks Eric!!

Not only did a good job but went beyond the call of his duty because he identified certain spiders that were caught in the glue traps that were poisonous and dangerous so he decided to go ahead and spray on the inside as well.

We've not been using Alterra very long - this is only our second treatment. But Thomas K did the application very professional and personable. We like how we received advance notification that someone would be out on Tuesday so we knew to expect someone. After he was done Thomas explained where he had treated in the lawn so we would know when letting the dog out. But most importantly, we haven't seen any bugs inside since the treatments started, so that's what we care about most. Kenny R.

Stephanie took the time to try and determine how/where the ants were getting in. She found the "pathway" and sprayed all around the window frame to create a barrier and keep them from coming in instead of mainly treating on the inside.

Kendell did a great job with our quarterly service. He knocked down all of the spider webs, including those in some of our bushes and sprayed so that spiders don't return. He was friendly and professional and I'm very satisfied so far with our association with Alterra.

I was outside when Kendell came for quarterly service. He was friendly and professional ensuring her treated necessary areas. He even offered to treat inside the garage where many spiders have been.
