We have been trying to get an estimate for them for the past 3 or 4 months for a simple shop. Still have yet to receive it and they quit responding to us... Not very professional and very disappointing.

We were told twice that they were coming and would call when they were on their way. No one ever showed up or called to say they wouldn't be coming. Both times that we spoke with their receptionist on the phone she was very rude. We've been without heat all day in the middle of winter with three kids in the house and will now be without it all night because we weren't given any notice to be able to call anyone else. We won't be using their services or recommending them to anyone in the future.
