Try other dealerships first. I took my bike there for routine maintenance and told them that the factory had a recall on my electrical system. They chose to ignore this information. After it broke down on the highway they proceeded to try to convince me that it was something other than what the factory was saying. But if you have thirty minutes to wait for a simple answer and you need somewhere to store your bike for a couple of weeks because that is how long maintenance takes then this is the dealership for you.

Customer beware! Monty’s cannot be trusted. I brought my Harley into the shop for a rear tire change and handle bar swap. Shop told me it would cost over $1000 for everything. I told them not to do it and they tried to charge me storage fees for the time it was there. In addition, they charged me for an estimate fee; I never asked for an estimate, I asked them to let me know if the bike needed anything in addition to handlebars and rear tire. They changed the tire and then when I wanted to take the bike back they would not let me, saying the handlebars were too unsafe and needed to be changed out. A few of my boys went down to the shop and took the bike out of there but it still cost me $500 and I brought my own tire in. Bike was not running the same as when I brought in it there, not sure what they did. Stay away from this place, they have no respect and will take advantage of you! There is no point of continuing to argue with these people. I will be filing a case with the attorney general’s office and the better business bureau tomorrow!
