13 Dartmouth Street, Worcester apartments are awful. MetroWest Realtors are the absolute WORST! They do not maintain the building at all. The paint is now chipping, cracking, and falling from the ceiling. The walls are cracking. They do not plow the parking lot during the winter in a timely manner. The Re/Max real estate agent, Cathy, and MetroWest lied about the lead paint hazards in the building. There is mold overgrowing. The AC has not worked most of the summer. Even in 90+ degrees, they have not repaired the AC. One tenant was without heat for 2 weeks during the winter because they wouldn't fix it! They are dishonest and WILL take advantage of you if you don't know the law in Massachusetts. Beware. Do NOT rent from them.

This organization represent the people at 13 Dartmouth St. Worcester, MA. The person responsible for arranging building maintenance is a joke! I've had sewage water leaking into the hallway for 24 hours and the best he can do is affirm the plumber will be there tomorrow morning...nothing about the sewage water that has been sitting in the hallway for 24 hours...HORRIBLE BUILDING MAINTENANCE!!!!
