CLOSED NOW - Opens at 10:00am

I went in a half hour before this establishment closed and my apparently unacceptable timing was made clear multiple times by the sales associate.While I understand the employees "have things to do after work" a direct quote from the individual who partially assisted me, I only wanted to look at some samples for wall paper and blinds and then come back at a later date to continue to look and purchase.



I did indeed see the sign posted at the door indicating the hours of operation, and with 30 minutes left until closing did not think this would be an inconvenience to the company. If customers are not to be welcomed and assisted in the store 30 minutes prior to closing perhaps the hours of operation should reflect that.



A potential paying customer should not feel like they are unwelcome. While she did hastily offer me to take books home, because they were closing soon I was told again and did not schedule a late appointment, it does not negate the fact I felt undervalued, unwelcome, and quite frankly a bother to her. This was a disappointing interaction and I will not be returning. Perhaps if you go into the store hours before they close and the employees have nothing to do that evening you will have a different experience.
