After years of visiting this restaurant, something happened that will forever change my dining experiences. I was dining with my two young children and cousin, we ordered the same thing as we always do. With the addition of a soup for my son. Our waitress seemed to be new or maybe having a bad day. My cousins takeout came before any other food, then her dinner and the soup were next. 10 min later the rest arrived and was prepared wrong. All forgivable in my eyes, seeing that I have worked this industry many years. The waitress did not return until everyone else had finished. I asked her to remake my food and please box it up, she only offered my extra sauce. I again explained how the dish was incorrect and she then returned within 5 min with a carryout bag. She had dropped off the bill so I then explained that she had overcharged me. She went and grabbed another worker and they started yelling at me and I tried to explain she had made many mistakes and this was just one more. "The owner Mai,"crumbled my entire bill up through it on the table and told me not to return. I tried to speak to her and explain I would pay the correct total. That I'm a repeat customer and she has normally been friendly. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. This women obviously does not value her customers. I will be more than happy to take my buisiness so where else. I
