So far I am completely dissatisfied with this establishment that recently opened in West Bloomfield.  I have gone 3 times and most likely won't EVER go again.  The first time my husband and I ordered everything was fine.  



The second time they were out of whole wheat bread and it wasn't even crowded.  I am diabetic so for me that's a show stopper.  They offered me a whole wheat wrap which was awful.  How does a sandwich shop run out of whole wheat in this day and age???



The third visit was today.  I placed an order for my husband and I over the phone....two giant Italian subs, one on white bread and one on wheat. My husband picked them up and when he got home both were on white.  I went all the way back and the guy remembered my order but simply said it didn't get written down. How does that happen?!?!?  There was no attempt to quickly fix the situation.  I had to wait until the people in line got their orders before they remade my sandwich.  I had already taken my diabetic medication anticipating eating the sandwich my husband brought home the first time.  While waiting for them to remake my sandwich my sugar began to drop which added stress to the situation.  



The only compensation I was offered was a coupon for a free 'regular' sub the next time I BUY one and a coupon for a free bag of chips and a pop on the next visit with the purchase of a regular sub.  In other words I WAS NOT COMPENSATED because I am NOT GOING BACK! They did NOTHING to make me WANT TO COME BACK!  Very poor customer service and  even worse corrective action!!!



You get 1st class service at the Stage Deli and when they screw up which is very rare they go overboard to make it up,,,,I will  take my money there next time I want a good sandwich!



Hopefully Jersey Mikes gets it together fast or they just figure out they suck and close!
