When there is a problem with your house, you get panicky. Jim calmed me down and told me everything to expect. And, he was right. What he said is what he did. Dale kept the repairs going and I was back to normal in no time. The house is beautiful! Thank you for the exceptional work.

Jim and Mary and the whole team, you were such a comfort to me. My basement was a swimming pool and I did not know what to do. You brought your team and took over. My house got fixed and I didn't have to fight with you or my insurance company. You took care of all of the details. It looks great!

Jim, Mary, and their crew were heaven sent. When my house burned, I was devastated. I did not know who to call. My neighbor had used this company for some basement flooding and suggested use PLM. Since mine was a fire, I was hesitant. Am I glad I called!!! Jim was there within the hour, and his crew was right behind him. Very professional and helpful group of people. They took us from the fire and put us back into our house as good as new. Without them I do not know where we would have turned. Great Job!
