My original carpet installer did a horrible job. After 4 years the carpet was very loose, puckered and seams that had shown from day one were even more sightly. I had tried unsuccessfully to find an installer that was willing to try to fix this mess. I was looking at replacing my carpet entirely since no one wanted to take on the job of cleaning up someone's mistakes. I spoke with Darrell after seeing his ad on craigslist. He was very courteous, informative and willing to come out and see what the job would entail. I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment as he didn't want to risk missing our appointment if his other commitment took longer than expected. He called me the morning of to let me know what time he would arrive. He brought his teenage son along to help with the job which took from 10 am to 830 pm and he was busy the entire time. He did a great job. I am very pleased at how my carpeting looks now and would not hesitate to hire Darrell again should I want to change carpeting in other parts of my house. 5 stars all the way!
