I would give this business zero stars if I could. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. We were going to use his services for our wedding. We were given a quote 10 months prior to our wedding with set prices. We then set up 2 different times to meet with him to finalize the details and he canceled on us. When we finally met with him he reassured us that the original quote was still good. A month and a half before our wedding we were told that he needed to increase prices by $2 per plate as well as gratuity was to be paid a week prior to the wedding. The menu items had not changed. His reasoning was that food prices had increased and that was the reason for the price increase. When we canceled his service because we were able to find a different caterer he refused to refund our deposit even though there is nothing stating that it is non refundable. Do not use him for any event unless you don't mind a last minute price increase.

Chef troy's catering was absolutely delicious. The green bean almondine was so tastey!!

I work for a bigger section of the reading hospital and need catering a lot. I've went to most of the local people and chef troy's had been the best. The food spoke volumes, it stayed hot and was delivered on time by a very nice young man. Thank you for the great meal chef troy!

Chef troy's is amazing! I was in charge of the food for our company christmas party and chose troy's, great choice. We had the crab cakes along with lobster bisque and a few other things, best crab cakes I have ever tasted, they were huge.

Over the holidays I was planning a welcome home party for my daughter, I had everything covered and had planned on doing the cooking myself but a friend recommended troy. The food was great, it stayed nice and hot and tasted great as leftovers.
