If i could rate this place wit...

If i could rate this place with negative stars i would. We have a water softener from this place and their local repairman is on speed dial. Mr Wymer (their local rep) has stated several times that he has never had this much problems with the as he has had with ours. I have called the company directly and they tell me that they don't show mine on file...he i blow up and then they will find the file but it will be a $90 service call and will be more when they find the problem. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR EQUIPMENT DOESNT WORK CORRECTLY AND THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
