I placed my order online through ftd.com and this was the florist they chose to deliver my mom her birthday flowers. In the sender portion of the card, they left off 3 names, misspelled two other names, and then added my mom's name to the card as one of the people who sent it, when she was the recipient. I did not call this florist directly since I placed my order through ftd.com. But, ftd.com assured me that was not the information that was sent to them. Also, I was able to look up through ftd.com the order I placed and I could see exactly what I typed, and it was not what they had written. I don't know if this happens frequently with this florist or not. My mom did say the flowers were beautiful and in excellent condition...so that's a plus.
