Having had to wait for my dog almost four hours the previous two grooming appointments, I spoke with the owner to avoid the same situation again. I was assured by the owner that if I arrived promptly at 8 a.m., my dog would be groomed first and would finish in a reasonable time. After arriving at 7:57 a.m., I was told by the groomer that another person paid $15 for "express service" and that my dog would not be finished for three hours, again. No where was it listed that there was an express option. I made a wasted trip.

The owner, Jim, had personally assured me that this would not happen. Instead, his response to me, after three hours, was that I was rude, arrogant, was endangering the safety of my dog, and needed to find another groomer. The "express" option was never explained to me, nor was his promise to have my dog groomed first thing in the morning honored. Disappointing, after two years, to receive such poor customer service. The owner never gave me the courtesy of listening to my concerns firsthand. In my 30 years of using dog groomers, this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

Took my dog for the first time here. I have tried a few other places in the past. I must say they did an awesome job. Pam did an excellent job. Can not wait to bring my other dog after he recovers from surgery.

I have used Happy Tails for a few years now for all 3 of my dogs. The service is impeccable. My pets are well cared for and always come back to me looking their best. I love that it is a small family owned business and my pets get personal care. Mary, the manager, and Diane and Jim, the owners, are wonderful to interact with. I am very selective with who I trust with my dogs. Happy Tails is the only groomer I trust to leave my dogs.

We love Happy Tails! This family owned business is the best in town. My Zoey gets excited every time she hears we are going to see Mary at the front desk. She loves Cassie, Chris and Karen. We can't forget Jim and Diane! Xoxo Zoey

Sooooo HAPPY that I found Happy Tails!! Hands down, they are the BEST pet spa in town! All of the groomers are top notch, listen to how you want your pet groomed and treat their clients like family. I have 5 dogs and each one leaves the salon looking like a million bucks!

If there were a rating higher than 5 stars, Happy Tails deserves it!

Happy Tails is the best pet spa around! I have taken my dog to many other groomers and they are always missing something. This place always does it right!

Happy Tails is a wonderful pet spa. The staff is friendly and the groomers always provide a great service. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog, Jeter, there and recommend Happy Tails to everyone.

I love this place it really is like a spa. Veryfriendly and accomadating staff. I also love the bluberry facials. Friendly staff.reasonable prices. I always feel like im bringing my baby to a spa. They really pamper the dogs!

They are amazing people. They treat you like family! They are always connected with their costumes either by Facebook or Instagram. Even though I have moved I make it a point when I'm back in town to make an appointment.

you get what you pay for...cheap service horrible grooming!

Start to finish, the staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and flexible, with a number of good recommendations for our english bullys first grooming. The teams work far exceeded our expectations in terms of thoroughness and attention to detail. He came out looking even better than we had hoped, and from a few simple suggestions and pictures of what we were looking for, they were able to deliver exactly what we wanted.



The facility itself is very bright and clean, and the staff is super friendly.



I can't recommend them highly enough.
