This store is the best in south Florida. The Customer Service is 5 Stars, Managers Mariasol and Dereck are at a very professional level and Cortez resolve any situation immediately! All sellers are excellent! What a successful group! Especially my salesman Ray Wills is a person with exquisite taste and he sold me a very nice sofa, thank you Ray! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I needed to order a part for my recliner. I contacted Marianthi. She is the best !!! She took care of everything. She is professional and very easy to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that everything would be taken care of. I wish every store had a Marianthi !!!!!!!!!

Very nice place to buy furniture. the team is professional. I had a great a great experience. Reginald Delaleu was the best furnishings associate I never met. He was very helpful to me. Because of him, I had great deal for my bedroom. He really done a wonderful job. I recommend everyone to stop by this great place.

Horrible Horrible place to buy your furniture from .. Over priced .. Unprofessional.. The manager and staff won't remember if you come across an issue. Save your self a lot of cash

First let me tell you that are sales associate Jean was as accommodating and polite as could be. He walked thru the entire store and led us to the items we were interested in seeing. He stayed with us thru the entire purchasing process and even helped carry our purchases to our car. The store itself is an experience not to be missed. The selection was more than anyone could expect. Do not miss going to El Dorado

I paid for a coffee table and end table and was given a difficult time with delivery since the will only deliver within two days of your purchase. The first delivery did not arrive and no one called to inform me in advance so i was waiting all day. Note that delivery could be anytime between 10am and 8pm. When i finally called to inquire I was told that there was a piece broken so they rescheduled but without my knowledge. The 2nd delivery i got a call from the salesman (George) at the Wellington store, who told me that the furniture pieces were recalled and that i had the option of refund or credit. I told him to refund my card and he told me it could take 10days. Even Walmart would refund me sooner than that. They didn't even email me a copy of the credit to my card so I had to call yet again to try to verify that a refund was even made. They salesman explained that El Dorado is just not technological advance and is still operating like the have since they began 50 years ago.

I came in and was very pleased with this store. It was clean, presentable, and the service was phenomenal. Maria was very warm and personable, she was very patient and helpful. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and I was really very pleased with how everything went. And even thought I didn't purchase anything Maria followed up on me and I will definitely come back to El Dorado, the furniture and service are worth every penny!!! 100% recommended.

I have been decorating my home with Eldorado for several years now. Love the quality and the price is reasonable. Ive had a few different sales people and they were all very nice but over the last two years Ive dealt with Adriana exclusively and whenever there was an issue the store manager Victor has taken care of it personally and quickly...Love them!!!

Best experience ever! I worked with Adriana Rodrigues who never tired of running with me throughout the store in my search of the perfect sectional sofa for my new home! She made the experience Fun and we did in fact find the perfect piece! I would recommend El Dorado Wellington to everyone it was a GREAT experience!
