The only reason this DD is still In business is because it is the only on in Wellington! Horrible service, rude staff! So SLOW! People have to go to work and it literally takes 30 min in the drive through for a latte!! And don't dare ask them to remake something they mess up which they have done to me multiple times! They are so rude I get dirty looks every time! Go to the DD on Royal Palm and Okeechobee it's worth the drive!

This is the slooooowest, wort DD I have EVER been to. I have been several times, thinking maybe each time would be different. NOPE! I ordered a tea. Always, .99. Get to window, girl tell me its now $2.11. Said the "promotion" is over. I said its been a promotion for over a year now! Sh said they ended it a few weeks ago. I said funny b/c i just got it yesterday. Canceled my order nd left. Will not be going back!!! Horrible!!!

Listened to a whole cd with 15 tracks in drive thru...only 3 cars from taking order. Took almost 30 minutes to order and this place is run by the worst. Woman said "thank you for coming to McDonald's" and then corrected herself. Really? Never again. Wellington was looming forward to it, now it's a waste

Avoid this Dunkin Donuts of you can. They always have a line to the door and have two speeds, slow and slower. They have two registers and I have NEVER seen both of the them working at the same time. They usually have a new person who doesnt know whats going on working the register and you will most definately be late to wherever you have to go if you stop here first.
