I was not impressed with my experience at Basillico's tonight, while the food may be good, the customer service could use a little work. My family (of five) and I had decided since it was pay day to go there to eat, when we walked in we saw an empty table and sat down. I went up to the front and ordered two pizza and some breadsticks. We where in the restaraunt for about 15 minutes when one of the counter girls came over and told us that we would have to get up, that there was a waiting list for tables. They then seated a family that came in well after us! I refused to make a scene and told my family to go out to the car, we would eat at home. It then took another 25 minutes to fulfilll out order.

The best pizza, pasta fagoli, and philly cheesesteaks around! Sal and his team provide wonderful service and a friendly atmosphere. You won't find better than this in all of West Palm and Wellington. Andiamo! Jeannie & Greg from West Palm.
