I recently had a very satisfying shopping experience at Wellesley VW, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the 2023 ID.4, a fully electric auto. As a first-time electric car buyer, I had many questions and uncertainties, but Salesperson Mike Eustace was there every step of the way, patiently answering all my queries and providing insightful information about the ID.4.
Mike's knowledge of the electric vehicle technology was impressive, and he took the time to walk me through the features and benefits of the ID.4. We worked with Mike E. to purchase our Tiguan. He made the experience extremely smooth - we went in to test drive, decided to purchase and drove off the car (with everything taken care of!) within a week and a half. Mike even helped get us the exact exterior/interior/wheel colors we were looking for. We loved our experience at this Volkswagen and will definitely be back!
