George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Homes is an independent family owned firm serving all faiths and backgrounds. It was started in Wellesley in 1937 by George F. Doherty Sr.. Along with his two sons George F. Doherty Jr. and Edward J. Doherty, the family went on to establish three more funeral homes.
