When I met Helena over a year ago for a color consultation, I was an over-processed blonde in serious need of help. My hair was terribly bleached out & broken. After my very first highlight with Helena, I walked out and knew that I had found a very special salon & color specialist. I've been highlighting my hair for over 10 years and have never received more compliments. I love my color now - it's got dimension, looks so healthy & lustrous and is finally a shade of blonde that compliments my complexion. I can't recommend Ardan more highly!

I've walked past Ardan hundreds of times and finally went in early last week to talk with Helena about my hair. She is extremely knowledgeable and I left that day with an appointment for Friday.



When I got to my appointment the staff was very friendly. I started with a hair treatment to get all the buildup and minerals out of my hair. What a difference that made! Helena did a one process color which was unbelievable! Every colorist I have ever seen has wanted to make my hair lighter, which washed me out. Helena gave me a rich brown that makes my eyes pop! I had a blowout from Elie and it still looks fantastic. I went in on Friday and it has lasted through the weekend. Since my appointment, I have been complemented everywhere; Starbucks, Roche Brothers, family, church, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend Ardan and I can't wait to go back to try out other services.

i dont understand any of these bad reviews! i am a picky person and i just moved to the area from ny. i am so happy that i found ardan!!!! im sure everybody there is great, but i saw Erin for a facial and some waxing, and she was the best. i cant wait to go back next month. try the ultrasonic facial, it made my skin look awesome!

Every time I go to Ardan everything is of the highest quality. The service is great, the employees are very friendly, offering me refreshments and asking me if there was anything they could get for me while my color was processing. My hair came out beautiful and it was everything I expected it to be. Their hair products are the best around. Kerastase products make my hair feel so healthy and keep it looking shiny. I have also gotten lazer hair removal treatments and it was quick and painless and very effective. The salon is very clean and very beautiful. I recommend Ardan to all of my friends and family. I always leave with a big smile on my face and very satisfied.

This place is a joke .I wouldn't recommend it to anyone .The service is horrible they don't even have fresh water to give.I been to different Salon an Spas I must say this place was the worst .When I arrive the girl at the desk was unfriendly they had no place for me to sit .She keep me waiting because she was taking care of the phone call first.Then I was brought to the back were I was given a old smock to put on with holes in it .When my stylist came up to me she had the worst fake smile and had me waiting another 10 minutes because she was on her cell phone. I mean seriously anybody in there right mind is not going to leave their clients sitting in there chair wild their having a personal conversation.I found this to be very unprofessional I was treated with no respect the stylist never apologize for keeping waiting.When it was time for my hair cut I thought that maybe this would make up for the color no it was worst the gentleman that cut my hair was arguing with his staff and just not being professional. I never look at reviews but this was the worst experience I ever had . I hope i can help another person not waste their time an money in this place .

Recenly had my haircut there for the first time and love it. Will def go back!

I have to say hands down that I received the best facial at Ardan a few weeks ago... I have been raving to my friends how clean and smooth my skin was after the treatment.. I will definitely be going back!

I have been a client at Ardan Spa for two years. I live in Boston and used to got to New York for haircuts and to get my hair straightened. But, now I can just go to Ardan for everything!



The Keratin straightener is amazing, it makes my hair smooth and silky and doesn't leave it dry like the Japanese process. And, Helena is a hair color guru, although now the best kept secret is out with her Best of Boston award!



Also, I can do my facials after my hair appt, I'm addicted to the ultrasonic facial and the laser hair removal is the best thing I ever did. I went to Greece last summer and did not have to worry about any waxing!



Ardan is really a one-stop beauty oasis, even though it's a drive from the city, it's well worth it!

I have recently moved from New York City. I needed a new colorist and read Helena received Best of Boston for color. Helena's color was fabulous, she is so kind and really listened to my needs. The atmosphere is friendly and the spa is beautiful. I am so happy with my experience, next visit I am going to have a spa day .

I have been getting cuts and color at Ardan for three years, and I am thrilled to finally have a place that I can go and consistently be happy with the outcome. The professional and personal care has been exceptional. Also, the hair care products have made my hair healthier and more manageable. I find that when my hair has grown out it still holds the style, which is great for me because I drive all the way from the Cape and can't always get there as often as I'd like. It's well worth the trip.

I have never been disappointed with Ardan. The people here are so wonderful. It is such a joy to work with everyone here. They are true professionals. Helena's attention to detail shows in everything they do. I always look forward to going.

I recently moved to the area and made an appointment at Ardan based upon all of the wonderful press it seems to have received. I received a confirmation email of the time of my appointment. When I arrived, I waited for almost fifteen minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There wasn't even anywhere to sit. When the "receptionist" finally jogged in, she blithely told me my appointment was almost an hour later, no apologies. She was certain I must be incorrect. She told me I should use the time to go shopping. I re-checked my confirmation, and I had it right. I won't bother again - no business is so talented that it does not need to show respect for its clientele.

I had a very relaxing facial at Ardan. The staff was very courteous and professional. In addition, I had a hair relaxing treatment and conditioning treatment by Jessica. The results were great and I purchased some products at

Ardan (Keratase) that really worked with my hair.....great service...

Best of Boston most definitely! I have been to Ardan several times in the past year, from manicures, pedicures, facials and massage.... definitely worth the short drive to Wellesley... and superior service to the competition on Newbury St! I will definitely send my friends!
