We’ve been here a few times and this will probably be our last. The sites are not level. they say they’re gravel but our site (39) is our second today. It’s really not level. For the amount it costs, you really need to have kids to enjoy the amenities. Totally not worth $62.00 per night. They really need to take better care of all the sites!!

The reason I am only giving it a 3 is because of the hot tub and swimming pool...first off, the hot tub was disgusting. It was smelly when you first walked in. Upon getting into the tub I quickly realized it wasnt clean. The water was a shade of brown and smelled. I dont know if they just havent emptied and refilled it for a while and they arent keeping up with the chemicals they should be using or what...but it was gross...and there was long black hair all over the floor when getting in and quickly out of the hot tub. I was not impressed at all.

Then, we went to the pool...it's a beautiful, large pool. The rules posted said to shower before entering pool. We went to the shower in the corner by the outside decks. The showerhead was malfunctioning. It was because it was so filthy and had rust deposits clogging the water holes.

How much does a new showerhead cost to replace? As much money as we have spent for the membership, these things should be easily fixed.
