I wanted to give a shout out to John at Ground Thumping Motors. I’m a little late posting this review but I wanted to run the motor a while and give honest feedback. What a great experience! I had been shopping around for a motor for my RZR which had significant water damage caused by the previous owner. Well, I’d been searching the internet and came across the GTM website and thought this looks like a good deal, so I went ahead and called the number. Now mind you this was after 11 PM John’s time, but he answered the phone on the first ring. He was super knowledgeable, walked me through the whole process down to advising how to best ship the motor to him. Throughout the process (which was super fast... most of the time was just waiting out the shipping) John continued to be super responsive and helpful. I was in a hurry to get it sent and back so we could get to riding! The motor arrived shiny and perfect..after putting it back in the machine and adding fluids it fired up on the first crank!!! I kept it stock with just the Alba racing tensioner upgrade.
I would absolutely 100% recommend John/GTM for any of your Polaris motor needs. If I could give him 6 out of 5 stars I would! The engine still runs perfect, has around 20hrs on it now and not a single problem. Thank you so much John!!!
