In 2005, Dr. Tabor earned his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his Family Medicine residency and his Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in 2008 and 2009, respectively. Dr. Tabor is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. When Dr. Tabor is not caring for patients, he enjoys playing golf, participating in water sports and spending time with his children.
