Bring cloths and come back with mud or stains. Ridiculous! I was patient with them first two times that occurred but 4 or 5 times?! That was the draw of the line and I had take my somewhere else. NO customer satisfaction!!!

I took 20 pieces of clothing in. I told them they needed to prespot three pieces. When I picked the clothes up I checked the three blouses. They still had spots on them.

I showed them the spots, they said they would re-clean them. I went to pick up the blouses. ONLY ONE HAD THE SPOT REMOVED. THE MANAGER WAS AWFUL... I requested my money back, he said no because they had already cleaned them twice. I said no, if they had cleaned them they wouldn't have spot.!! HE REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THE SPOTS WERE STILL THERE. I normally will bring in $40 to $60.00 worth of clothes at a time, at least every other month, if they treat me like this, what will they do to someone else.
