DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! John was rough around the edges but seemed okay at first. Took our weed whacker to diagnose the ENGINE problem. Was told it was not covered by warranty. Fine, we'll take it up with Ryobi. Then he gave us our weed whacker back with an older head and when my husband told him. He accused us of lying and acted like we were trying to pull one on him. When my husband would not back down he called the guy from the back. My husband went to the back and came back with our orginal, newer head. This man tried to steal from us and from what I have seen from the other reviews, this is not the first time.

I took my mower there and was never contacted with information concerning what was wrong with my mower or how much it would be to repair. It did not run correctly when I went to pick it up and I had to wait for over 30 minutes while they tried to get it to run. I will not use them again.
