We had 2 moves because we owned a 5ac. ranch. Both times, they were unprepared for the amount of things that needed to be moved even though the owner, Tim Dittman, came to our house a couple of times. The worst part is that we had a load of premium lumber that was stolen from a flatbed that he left unsecured in front of his warehouse and he has refused to pay us for it.
