This place is an absolute ripoff I would highly recommend never taking your key fob there to be programmed they steal your money first then they are not able to program knowing full well they were not prepared to program it it's legal robbery and They need to be exposed for what they are

I'm unable to give this shop a rating due to the poor service and the poor quality of the key I received. This was by far the worst service ever. The guy working there by the name of Juan was just HORRIBLE. Juan, you get an "F" when it comes to customer service. I could not believe that Clear Lake Lexus would actually recommend this place for any type of service. I asked for the owner and of course Juan informed me that he was the owner. After checking into things a little further, I discovered he was not the owner. I had to notify Lexus of the situation and informed them to NEVER refer anyone to this place of business.
