Rude people! I went in to ask about those spiral evergreens that I've seen at some houses. The lady who I was asking told me that I should get a 2 ft tall shrub. When I said I wanted height, she said I would have to go with something that is 5-6 ft wide. When I mentioned again that I am interested in the spiral evergreens that I have seen, she simply pointed to generic trees and said 'there they are'.

I then realized that this woman was not going to help me--she just wanted me to buy what she wanted me to buy--I said thank you as I was leaving. As I was walking away, she told me, with much disgust in her voice, "Good luck."

What rudeness from someone that I was going to give money to for services! Stay away.... stay very far away!!!!

There are too many nurseries out there to put up with rude behavior.

Rude, rude "service". I was there today, 4/23/14, around 3:00 pm. I took my plant to the counter, a female employee saw me go in. I waited. And waited. And waited. She was doing nothing right outside the door! She finally came in, and asked in a very unfriendly way, "Is that it?" Took my money without a word. No thank you, no nothing ... as if she was doing me a huge favor, and I was bothering her. I will NEVER go back to this nursery.

Very rude. Just called at 5:08 pm and phone was answered. I asked about fruit trees and was asking for directions when someone else took the phone over and very rudely proceeded to ask me what I wanted because they were closed. I was going to get directions to come purchase from this business but now they can just kiss my backside. Would highly recommend customer service training.

Amazing selection of plants and very very knowledgeable which is something you don't get much of now days.

A must see and very welcoming!!! My husband and I were new to the area and were in need of some heavy duty landscaping around our home. After going to several run of the mill garden centers we knew this was the place to go. Their knowledge of plants and understanding of what grew well around the area surpassed anything we were told before. We were looking for native and deer proof plants for our yard and needed natives for our entry way as well. Our neighbor has a deer feeder hence the words "deer proof plants". They walked us through plant by plant showing us what worked and what didn't work. We had the pleasure of dealing with one of the owners who was the designer and landscaper for our home. One thing I liked the most is that his work was not contracted out. His crew worked hard and when finished they cleaned up everything around. They even did a few extra things at no additional cost. If you have ever been to this place you know what I'm talking about when I say that this is a type of place you can go and sit on there porch and swing all day. It does not feel like a garden center, but feels like your own back yard. Even our kids love it.
