worst experience of my year so far. Unprofessional, discourteous, "dont want to be here" attitude from that person who gave that waste of tax payers money class. She was rude, crude, yelled at an attendee, in front of others then gave a class befitting a life in prison convict on how she would fail you if required to lift a finger to your case. Why does she have a job, and I don't? Because they are lacking in discipline, direction, focus, caring, understanding, and maturity. Once I am done here, I will call this office because I cannot wait and see what the "middle Mngt" has to have for an excuse, then I am calling Austin because someone is going to lose their job today. You treated the wrong person like trash, and guess what? You are the trash, and I am the garbageman. -10 stars!
