Very pleased with the professional prompt service received on the remodel project for my parents house.

DRI did remodeling work in our master bath shower and kitchen. They did an excellent job and we absolutely love our new kitchen and our beautiful new shower.

DRI is my go to contractor. They have transformed my 70's house into a beautiful home. All the guys are friendly and communicate effectively throughout the process. They go above and beyond what is expected. The job is completed within reasonable amount of time and nothing is left undone. I highly recommend DRI. They are reliable, trustworthy, and deliver a great product.

Last year we had DR&R complete a whole house rebuild/remodel of a 100-year-old 2 BR shiplap board house in Weatherford. We were very happy the way they worked with us and managed the entire job. Professional, detailed, and made sure any issues were addressed and made right. The job included all new electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, drywall, and windows. A new header was installed to remove a wall between the kitchen and LR. Whole new exterior covered by Zip System and Hardie board. The old small creaky deck was replaced with a new larger covered cedar deck with metal roof. The attic had supports added, new decking and a new access door/ladder so is now a useable storage area. This went from an old house in very poor shape to a like-new showcase. Derek, the owner, was great to deal with. Again, this was a total house restoration, they handled it all and did a great job - I look forward to using them again. I would highly recommend Davidson Reconstruction to others.

Recently I had roof repairs done due to a problem related to ice accumulation and water getting under shingles. From Day 1, every employee I worked with was polite, ethical, and professional; their estimates were fair and accurate regarding the work they agreed to do for me. The repairs were not covered by my insurance company and Davidson worked with me to let me know what repairs were necessary to correct the issue so the problem does not occur again. They worked with me every step of the way. I will definitely use Davidson again and have already referred neighbors to them for repairs. They are dependable, reliable and I will definitely use them again.

I will never use any other contractor than Davidson!!! No matter how big or small!! These guys are polite, friendly, VERY hardworking and started ahead of schedule and have stayed ahead through the whole job!! They are true professionals and are perfectionists about their work! A big shout out to Bryan for being here everyday early and staying late! Not to mention he is just a super nice guy! Jacob has been such a kind friendly helper and always makes sure the house is cleaned up when they leave!! Thank you so much to Phyllis, Derrick and Randy for starting the project and following up everyday, and handling all the insurance hassle for me!! Cannot recommend this company highly enough!! So Blessed to have them working on my house!!!

Davidson Reconstruction, was able to start on my house three days after everything was dried out by the fans. They were reasonable, trustworthy and easy to deal with. They did quality work, were knowledgable about the current trends and had experience dealing with insurance companies. I didn't worry if I had to go somewhere and leave them in my house. I had recently had surgery and they were very accommodating of my schedule and very eager to help me. They finished the job quickly, did what they said and showed up when they said they would. As a single woman I didn't ever feel like I was being taken advantage of and I wasn't...I checked around! They were honest, hard working Christian men and I would hire them again.

Reliable!

I looked up the word, "reliable" in the dictionary, and it stated, Davidson Reconstruction. Okay, it didn't really, but it might as well have, as the definition for reliable was, "consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted," which, for me, is synonymous for Davidson Reconstruction.

High quality, personable, professional, pleasant, prompt, and the list of great qualities continues. They actually have done jobs of all shapes and sizes on residential homes we manage. I don't think there is any job beyond there scope of experience!

Okay it has taken 12 days total the Remodel is finished except the belly wrap. Then once that is done meet with Derek Davidson for the final walk. I have to say 12 days an completed is awesome. I would like to thank the following. My project manager Randy Davidson. Foreman Murillo and Orillo they cared so much and always left the job site clean. Also Jennifer Davidson and Phyllis in the office. Because of Davidson reconstruction and The owner Derek you made my house a home and you can feel the love. Thank you for my dream bathroom. Also my new front door. I could not have had this had we done the job ourselves. Without the friendly and family atmosphere of Davidson reconstruction. They took care of me and my husband Johnny Harden. I would recommend them for small or large jobs or commercial jobs call the office and mention my name.

Davidson Reconstruction Inc. did a great job with my roof and ceilings. My roof was leaking and the ceilings had signs of black mold. The roofing crew arrived early on Tuesday and started tearing down the roof. Project manager Chad Hicks came shortly after with the supplies and inside crew got started tearing the ceiling down in the family room and office. I have cats and dogs in the house and the guys were good with them being careful not to let them get loose or into the construction areas. I was even able to stay in my chair and watch TV until the ceiling needed to be painted. The roof was done in two days and the ceiling were done in 3 days. The good thing was both jobs were done simultaneously so it was only 3 days to completion. Chad Hicks was available by phone to discuss any questions I had. His crew was great and did things quickly. Now I can breathe easier since the mold is gone and I have allowed it to rain again. I would recommend Davidson Restoration & Reconstruction Inc to anyone needing work done in or around their house. I would have given more stars but there were only 5 to give.

It went very well. We started to think about the project in June and had them do several revisions over the summer and they worked with us on the final project details. About mid September we started (due to our delay, not theirs). 3 weeks later we have a beautiful balcony 2nd floor and porch/patio (24'x50'). 50% down, 25% after framing and 25% on completion. Work required framing and rough carpentry, finishing, painting, laying new cement, downstairs/upstairs type work, electrical (10 can lights, 4 ceiling fans, 3 outlets), rolled roofing, custom guard rail construction, and a dumpster to remove 5-7 tons of debris. Derek Davidson supervised and bid the project and had on site his project manager Chad Hicks. Chad did an outstanding job (with various working crews) as we made a few change orders mid-stream to enhance the value to us. If you are looking for peace of mind and a fair deal you couldn't do better. Very satisfied customer and will use a again.
