I ordered extra thin patio rock and paid for it as extra thin which is 1/2" to 1" thick. What I got was one pallet of extra thin (about 2 tons) and 3 more pallets (about 6 tons) of regular. I was charged for 8 tons of extra thin on the first invoice I was provided. They also quoted me 150 sf coverage and I got 100. So I had some of the rock returned only to get the same thickness back. They were supposed to weigh the returned stone versus the new stone, but I never got an invoice and they are "unable to find one". Then I had to order 2 more tons - this time 1" to 1-1/2" thick because I didn't get the coverage they said I would and need to match the thicker rock I already had laid. They charged me a delivery charge and brought me the stone but still didn't supply an invoice. After repeated attempts to get all the paperwork I have just given up and will not do the rest of patio business with them.
