After speaking with six other repair companies Jon was the only person who understood my issue with my washer over the phone.

Fast repair and very affordable not to mention on time plus friendly service. I recommend his service and will be calling him again for all my appliance repairs . 5 stars!

This is the second time I have used APS and John for repairs and I am just as satisfied the 2nd time as I was the first! Our refrigerator stopped getting cold yesterday so I called John. After a brief discussion regarding symptoms he said he was fairly certain he knew what was going on, AND it should be cost effective to repair. He said he could come the next morning to repair it. He came, he repaired, double checked everything else was still in good working order (fans, top boards, compressor and switches, etc.) and left. The fridge is already cold! Honest, Knowledgeable, Friendly service... What more could you ask for! I wish everyone in business for themselves took as much pride in their work these days. Highly recommend!!
