So very rude! For over 10 years I have received phone calls directed to them and have very politely redirected their potential customers to the correct phone number. I have also been getting phone calls from vendors of theirs (including their insurance co.) advising that payments are overdue. I have called Seela's to let them know about the calls and have received the following responses: "What do you want me to do about it?" "It is out of our hands." And the topper, "We have customers at the moment - we don't have time for you." Have you considered that I don't have time to take, and then forward, your calls? As these most recent ones are coming from your vendors, it is your responsibility that they have your correct phone number, especially since I have shown you the courtesy of pointing out when I receive the calls. Instead, you have shown me a lack of courtesy, much less a genuine apology for the inconvenience that it causes me.
