My family and I used to frequent Luigi's all the time. One night I thought I would try something new and tried the lasanga. Well half way through my husband says to me oh no and I look and there is a hair I am pulling out of my mouth. Upon further inspection the whole bottom of my lasanga had hair in it. I mean SEVERAL pieces of hair. This was not a stray hair by all means. My plate looked like someone dropped it on the floor and put it on the plate. No excuse for this. We told the waiter and his comment was oh well of course you don't have to pay for that. I asked to speak to someone and no one would come to our table to talk to us. I was so sick over this. I was actually starting to vomit I got so sick. I tried calling the manager several times and he wouldn't take my call and even wrote a letter and NOTHING. No call no explanation about this nothing. This is very disturbing to me. Does this mean that he gets complaints like this all the time and his answer is to just sweep it under the rug? How clean is Luigi's? I mean how do you get that much hair on your plate?? It makes me sick to my stomach. I would never spend another dime in that place and it makes me sick to wonder what else I ate while I was there! Don't waste your money. Go to the grocery store and buy a nice meal there and cook it at home. Not worth it at all. Who knows what you are eating at Luigi's and don't expect the management to speak to you about anything bad either. It makes me sick....
