This person was recommended, from another recommended source that was too busy. Apparently he is more of a carpenter. I had a bathroom tiled, full bath and floor. The tile in tub area was grouted incorrectly which required an acid wash which ruined my new faucet hardware, he refused to replace. The new floor tile was not cut properly around the toilet, which he placed the toilet back crooked just enough to cover his mistake. He also did not put the riser under the toilet which after a few months I noticed leaking and had to call a plumber. Now the toilet is straight and the poorly cut tile shows. There should have been caulking between the tub and tile work and there wasn't and the grout is crumbling. A bad experience for me.
