My crawlspace was wet,musty,moldy,and just plain nasty. I have been noticing the odor up in my kitchen and really did not know what it was. I saw the guys from American Basement and Crawl at a trade show and asked them to come out. The gentlemen who came out was very professional and he inspected my crawlspace. We discovered that mold was forming because of the moisture. I decided to have them encapsulate the area. It is amazing the difference. It is bright clean and odor and mold free. I had my crawlspace encapsulated and it made a huge difference. Jeff came out and helped us understand why we were smelling a musty odor in our home. The installers were great! They Killed the mold, cleaned out the moldy areas on the insulation and encapsulated the crawlspace. I never knew a crawlspace could look so nice.Its bright, clean, and the odor has gone. Could not be happier with my decision to work with them.

Very personable and professional. The estimator was very helpful describing the issue and the process to fix it. The crews were very knowledgeable and professional as well. I had 4 estimates and American Basement and Crawl was very reasonable and my problem is gone! Definately recommend.
