I expected a lot oaf flash, but instead the Owner was a straight shooter. Showed us many different models in our Price Range and discussed exactly what we would need to do to make a purchase today. Pleasant experience.

I Live in the Desoto Area and we have been over paying for an Apartment. Although it was nice we are now seeking a Home. I travel a lot and I feel like a Manufactured or Modular home might be a Better fit for my modest income. I stay on Realtor.com and Zillow looking at Small homes. I just want to encourage others to visit and see the inventory and see the quality of these buildings that They have. If it's not there onsite ...he said he can get it.

I am not local to Ellis County.I was seeking building options in North Texas.I surveyed the home builders who regularly build custom homes in Waxahachie Texas and the surrounding vicinity. Each builder has been identified as a builder who delivers high quality work. These builders have received high marks for their ability to deliver homes on time, within budget, and at the level of expected quality, or higher.When I visited Liberty Home NTX Waxahachie,I was greeted by the actual owner. He asked several questions about what we needed,He understood what we were seeking and he showed me some really nice buildings that fit our Budget.I will refer them to any of my friends that Rent instead of Buying a Home. These Homes look Awesome!
