Repairman Nick came out to service AC and actually need some repair due to bad install for unit. I have received the most courteous, professional and a very fair quote on work needed to be done. He had to make 2 trips and has been on time as promised, giving me time to arrive from work.
Nick is not just a repairman, I feel he is a genuinely kind person inside and out. He is the person who goes beyond the call of service to ensure a happy customer, he represents Ellis County Climate Control very well and I am happy I found this company and would recommend them beyond a doubt🙂!

Came out and didn't try to sell us another unit but fixed the one we had for the night but then installed a 16 SEER with a LIFETIME warranty! We had our doubts but best decision we could of made!
