Poor customer service! They are one of the few clubs that makes you sign a long term contract and they will not let you out. They also charge higher rates than most other clubs in the same category. I would suggest going somewhere that does not lock you in to a 2 year contract (most places). Also, they are not affiliated with the corporate office, so your complaints fall on deaf ears.
