The Waukesha Autozone (Sunset Drive) cannot be trusted. I returned an alternator with a lifetime warranty but the store manager would not honor it because my phone number had not been entered in their system. This should not have mattered since I showed him the original receipt with the warranty listed.This manager has very poor customer relation skills.several times Ihave seen him blow customers off by walking away to the back room instead of dealing with the problem. I will now be getting my parts (4 vehicles) from Advance Auto who understands customer service. Ihave never had a warranty return issue with them or Oreilly for that manner.
