I wanted to purchase a home instead of renting. I called America's Mortgage Professionals out of the phonebook and was able to speak directly to the manager there. I didn't know what I what I was doing since this was my first home purchase. They were able to come up with multiple different programs in which they sat down with me and described in simple terms(not any of those confusing words) what my options were. They help me get financing when I didn't think I could. I even had the owner of the company talking to me making sure the process was going smoothly. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on and I could not have asked for anyone better. When it comes to home financing they were the best.
