Actually, this is incorrect information @ Trinalear, Wise-way keeps all files/digital copies/hard copies of everything you sign.



Because as a previous and current customer they work with me on monthly payments, down payments.



And if you let your policy lapse no insurance company is allowed to release paperwork to you if you are no longer a customer you would actually have to call the "INSURANCE COMPANY" to get a letter of experience.



Not your agent or broker, "Wise-way" deals with numerous insurance companies not just ONE.



And technically when your no longer a customer after a certain time period by insurance state law the documents have to get destroyed especially if its been over a year.



Apparently you do not how insurance laws work or how insurance offices work.



And you just answered your own question if you let your policy lapse, you are not entitled to a proof of prior because you no longer had/or have insurance with "Wise-way" or any insurance company, the agent/broker shouldn't release documents if you are no longer a customer, you would have to call the actual insurance company.
